SQ Employee News: October 2026

This is your annual opportunity to enroll or make changes to your benefits. You should also use this time to add or drop dependents, update your beneficiary, and/or set contributions for your 2027 FSA account.

Informational postcards will be mailed out to all eligible employees with QR codes to access your 2027 Benefit Guides. When available, guides will also be posted on the SQ Employee Dashboard.  If you have questions about which benefit class you fall under, please reach out to the benefits team.

This year’s open enrollment is passive. Benefits will automatically roll over to 2027 unless changes are made.  The only exception is if you wish to participate in an FSA for 2027, you must make a new election during the enrollment period.

Please carefully review all available options, as the elections you make will be binding from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.

You will be able to complete your open enrollment through Paycom Self Service.  Please make sure you have your login information so you can access this enrollment option. The SQ Benefit Service Center will also be available and can be reached at (855) 892-0067 8:30 – 5:00 EST.  They will be staffed with benefits counselors to answer your questions and enroll you for 2027.

Eligibility
Full-time employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after 60 days of employment if they are averaging 30+ hours per week.

Benefit Cards
Employees who make new elections during open enrollment should watch their mail for new benefit cards by January 1st. FSA debit cards are good for 3 years. You will automatically be mailed a new card before the expiration date.
