I joined Stratosphere in September 2023 as a Project Supervisor. Just a month into the role, our Project Manager decided to move on, and I was asked to step in temporarily. One year later, I was officially hired as the Project Manager—and what a journey it’s been.
When I first stepped into the role, our team in Texas had just six employees, including myself. By December 2023, we had grown to a team of 50. While we currently average around 30 team members daily, the consistent workflow and energy have never slowed down.
It’s been incredibly rewarding to witness the transformation and growth of our Texas operations. I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today without the dedication and hard work of my amazing team. Their commitment has been instrumental in building something special here, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
