Tammy started her career in Quality in 1998 and brings an unwavering dedication to Quality systems, operational excellence, organizational growth, customer relationships, and strategic planning. Her professional journey includes pivotal roles in business development, and operations leadership working with a very diverse customer base of automakers, suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.

She has a passion for people, leadership, continuous improvement, and creating a culture of personal growth. Combining this passion with knowledge and expertise with Quality Systems, Containment programs, and Core Quality tools has been the recipe for delivering “best in industry” processes and teams.

She is a proud alumnus of Queen’s University, where she completed executive leadership programs, and Loyalist College, where she started the educational foundation for a career dedicated to continuous learning and leadership excellence.
