Shamay Theobald

Shamay has over 25 years of experience in third-party quality control manufacturing solutions. She has gained extensive experience in marketing, sales, customer service, and human resources during this time. Her diverse experience includes multi-vendor management, contract negotiation, digital media, and content creation. As Director of Talent & Culture, Shamay manages the Recruitment team and oversees all HR activities, including policy setting and employee relations. Her leadership focuses on delivering results to improve quality and efficiency for customers, while fostering an environment of respect, collaboration, and growth for employees. Shamay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, IL.
