Charlie has worked with several OEMs over the past 14 years in the areas of sorting, rework, containment, and engineering services across the United States to develop and implement solutions to improve quality. Charlie received a degree in Digital Electronics from Indiana Vocational Technical College in Evansville, Indiana.
