September is Suicide Prevention Month
At Stratosphere Quality, we want to take a moment to recognize the importance of mental health and express our deepest condolences to anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide. We understand that grief, mental health struggles, and emotional pain can be difficult to navigate alone.
At Stratosphere Quality, we are committed to supporting our employees and their families. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and we encourage everyone to take advantage of the resources available through our
confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP provides access to licensed counselors who are here to listen and support you—completely free of charge.

Employee Spotlight: Shundra Williams
Position: Project Manager
Location: Honda Alabama
Meet Shundra Williams, a proud Alabama native and dedicated member of our SQ family. Shundra is a single mother to two beautiful daughters, ages 6 and 12, who inspire her every day. Her journey is one of resilience, passion, and purpose.
In 2018, Shundra earned her associate’s degree in Health and Human Science from Clearwater Medical Academy. Her long-term dream? To open a youth center that supports troubled teens—a reflection of her deep commitment to making a difference in her community.
Before joining SQ, Shundra spent eight years as a lead cook at Golden Corral. Her love for cooking and working alongside others who shared that passion made it a fulfilling chapter in her life. That same energy and enthusiasm now fuel her work at SQ.
Shundra leads with openness and empathy. Her team operates under a strong open-door policy, welcoming ideas, concerns, and questions—no matter how big or small. Shundra encourages associates to speak up and seek the information they need, reminding everyone that every question is an opportunity to learn and grow.
What drew Shundra to SQ was the reputation for opportunity and growth. She was inspired by the stories she heard and motivated by the supportive culture. Today, what keeps her going is the genuine passion she sees in upper management—leaders who truly want employees to succeed every single day.
Her advice to new QIs?
“Come into the game with an open mind and an open heart. Learn all you can, and most of all—give it your best each day.”
