Employee Spotlight: Adam Allred
Meet Adam Allred
Adam Allred lives a small-town life in Mississippi with his wife of six years and their three children, ages 10 months, 3 years, and 13 years. Family is at the heart of everything Adam does. He finds joy in his faith, family activities, vacationing, completing goals, fine dining when possible, and uplifting others.
Creating a Positive Work Environment
Adam believes in fostering a work environment that feels both structured and welcoming. “I have always tried to provide a controlled but homelike work environment”, he explains. By setting the tone, leading by example, and managing processes, Adam ensures expectations are met. At the same time, he treats his team like family—offering praise through snacks, lunches, and SQrocs awards, while maintaining respect and discipline. “For me, it’s all about creating a work environment that someone wants to come to and respects enough to work hard for.”
Career Path Before SQ
Adam’s professional journey began at Subway as a “sandwich artist.” Through hard work and dedication, he advanced to manager, multi-unit manager, and eventually area supervisor. After leaving Subway in 2022, Adam became a Warehouse Supervisor at Girlie Girl Original before joining Stratosphere Quality in February 2024 as a Project Supervisor. Today, he serves as a Resource Coordinator—a testament to his commitment and growth.
Why SQ?
Adam discovered SQ while searching for a career with growth potential—and he’s never looked back. “The support I’ve been shown by so many different departments within SQ is unmatched," he says. Witnessing employees grow into leadership roles and experiencing his own advancement from Site Supervisor to Resource Coordinator keep Adam motivated. SQ’s appreciation for its employees, through recognition programs like SQrocs, reinforces his loyalty.
Advice for New Team Members
Adam’s advice is simple yet powerful: “Work your worth. No matter what the job is, work for what you want to be paid in the
future instead of what you’re paid now. A quality inspector may always be a quality inspector, but the best ones may become the next team lead, supervisor, traveler, or so much more.”
Adam’s story is a reminder that dedication, positivity, and a growth mindset can open doors to incredible opportunities. We’re proud to have him as part of the SQ family!

Meet Mischief. Mischief is a 5-year-old Husky/Gray Wolf mix and a devoted service dog for her owner’s epilepsy. A true Daddy’s girl, she never leaves his side and greets everyone with love. Mischief thrives outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, or playing in the snow. Winter is her favorite season, and her zoomies are legendary! Smart, sassy, and spoiled, Mischief seems to understand everything you say—and isn’t afraid to “talk back.” She brings joy and laughter to her family every single day.
